    The Department of Education and the Department for the Economy have published the 14-19 Framework entitled "Developing a more strategic approach to 14-19 Education and Training - a framework to Transform 14-19 Education and Training Provision".

    The Framework sets out a vision that encourages new partnerships while enhancing existing collaboration to ensure opportunities for young people to learn about the full range of pathways and ensure they are supported to make decisions which allow them to fulfil their potential. By enhancing existing collaboration and building new partnerships, the aim is to improve awareness and understanding of the pathways through 14-19 education and training; and ensure that our 14-19 education and training system is efficient and effective and meets the needs of young people and the economy.
