Closing the Gender Employment Gap

This project examines the causes of the gender employment gap and identifies potential policy solutions to closing this gap. It will highlight trends in employment trajectories across women and men and will assess the relationship between employment and family responsibilities following childbirth for both men and women. The research is in three parts: a review of relevant literature, a descriptive analysis, and a regression analysis.
