    This paper provides analysis of accompanied heavy goods vehicle (HGV) movements between Northern Ireland and Great Britain using mobile network data.It reports the results from DfE commissioned research undertaken by Citi Logik which used anonymised information from a mobile network operator to analyse accompanied HGV movements between NI and GB. The paper provides analysis of total accompanied HGV movements, the popularity of routes (including via the Republic of Ireland), and the origin and destination of these trips.
