Mr Gordon Milligan OBE
Gordon Milligan has extensive experience in working in both the private and public sectors in both executive and non-executive roles.
His experience includes leadership roles within large global and national organisations including Bombardier Aerospace, Nortel Networks and Dunbia Agrifood.
Until January 2024 he served as an executive at Translink and following a period as Interim Chief Executive he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive in 2015.
He served as Chair of the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland for a period of six years until March 2024. He is currently Chair of National Museums Northern Ireland and is a visiting professor at the Ulster University Business School.
Gordon was awarded the OBE in the 2023 New Year Honours for service to Business and Human Resources Management in Northern Ireland. He has an MBA, is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
As Chair of National Museums Northern Ireland, he is remunerated at a rate of £10,000 per annum.

Mrs Geraldine Alexander
Geraldine Alexander has over 35 years’ experience as a senior trade union official with the Northern Ireland Public Service Alliance representing the interests of members employed in the civil and public services, including the voluntary and community sector. She has extensive and proven experience in industrial relations and collective bargaining, including equality, human rights, and health and safety matters. A former board member and Deputy Chairperson of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland. She holds a first-class honours degree in Management and Business Studies.
Geraldine is currently a Member (Employee) of the Industrial Court. Remuneration for a member of the Court is £305.52 for seven hours or £43.65 for one hour spent on Court activities.

Mrs Clare Duffield
Clare Duffield is an experienced leader and HR professional and has held executive positions in large public and private sector organisations over the last 25 years.
She is passionate about employee experience, the value of sound industrial relations, customer and client experience and has contributed to the improvement of public services across the health, education and justice sectors.
Clare is currently the Assistant Chief Officer for People and Organisational Development at the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
Prior to this Clare was the Director of HR and Corporate Services at the Education Authority. She has also worked within a number of other organisations including the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, and has spent over 10 years in the retail sector, mainly at B&Q plc.
Her portfolios have extended beyond core human resource functions to include corporate communications, strategic planning, and performance and legal services.
Clare works collaboratively with senior executive teams to enable organisations to achieve their strategic objectives with particular emphasis on delivering services through a talented, engaged and high performing workforce who work together in the interests of those they serve.
Clare is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a first class BA honours degree in Business Administration and French from Queen’s University.
Clare was previously a Board Member of Athletics NI and has a keen and active interest in sport.
Clare does not currently hold any other public appointments in Northern Ireland.

Mr Kevin McCabe
Mr McCabe is a trade union official and activist with over 35 years’ experience and knowledge of working in the public sector. An Assistant Secretary working for the Northern Ireland Public Service Alliance, he served 18 years in the health and social care sector and was a lead trade union side (TUS) secretary who oversaw the Review of Public Administration, the implementation of the Agenda For Change Job Evaluation Scheme and significant organisational change and reviews. He also had responsibility for the voluntary and community Sector and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Mr McCabe retired in 2022, before doing so he had responsibility for a number of Northern Ireland Civil Service departments and his remit covered responsibility for Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), Department for Economy (DfE), Department of Education (DE) Department of Health (DOH). Mr McCabe was a former Commissioner on the Fair Employment Commission and served on the Health and Social Care (HSC) Pension Advisory Board and the Health and Social Care (HSC) Trustee Pension Board.
Kevin is currently a Member of the Board of the Agricultural Wages Board (AWB). Remuneration for a member of the Agricultural Wages Board is £152.00 per meeting and the board meets two or three times a year.

Mr Lee Wilson
Lee Wilson brings over 20 years' experience in NHS finance to the role, and has gained extensive experience in corporate governance through a wide range of board positions. Lee is currently a non executive board member of the Children's Court Guardian Agency for NI, and chairs its Audit Committee. He also chairs the Audit Committee of the NI Commissioner for Children and Young People and is a member of the Audit Committee for the Commissioner for Older Persons in NI. Previously Lee has served as a non executive board and Audit Committee member of The Consumer Council for NI, NI Social Care Council and NI Medical and Dental Training Agency. Lee holds an MA in Corporate Governance and a PG Diploma in Social and Community Development.
Lee is a non executive director of the Children's Court Guardian Agency for Northern Ireland, remunerated at £4,084 per annum.
