Technical information about this website’s accessibility
The Department of Economy is committed to making its websites accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. This service is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed above.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
· Some buttons do not have a great enough difference in contrast against background. (WGAG 2.2, Level AA, 1.4.11)
· Empty data tables may not be captioned as such. (WGAG 2.2, Level AA, 1.3.1)
· Radio buttons contain aria attributes which are non-standard for radio buttons. (WGAG 2.2, Level A, 4.1.2)
We are mandated to follow GOV.UK Design System (GDS) guidance and use the patterns and components they provide. As part of regular maintenance we will address accessibility issues; where these are due to our use of GDS patterns and components this is outside our control.
