Minister Archibald said: “I welcome the appointment of Alison Currie to the position of Chief Development Officer within Invest NI. Alison’s experience in providing strategic leadership at InterTradeIreland will be invaluable in her new role, leading Invest NI’s regional balance strategy.”

The Minister added: “Alison’s appointment completes the restructuring of Invest NI’s Senior Leadership Team, as recommended by the Independent Review of Invest NI. Together with the previous appointments of Anne Beggs as Chief Commercial Officer and Kathryn Hill as Chief Operating Officer, this represents real progress and is a significant step in the organisation’s transformation. I commend Kieran Donoghue for completing the restructuring and I look forward to working with the new Leadership Team to drive prosperity across the North.”
