    Minister Diane Dodds delivered the key note speech for “The New How: Northern Ireland – Economic Recovery in Uniquely Challenging Times” Shoosmiths Business Web Seminar.

    Speaking after the event the Minister said:

    "Our strong partnerships across business, government and academia will play a vital role in in our economic recovery. Northern Ireland has become a leading global location for Financial and Professional services investment due to our world-class talent, competitive operating costs and research excellence in a low-risk, pro-business environment.

    "Our response to the Covid-19 pandemic now adds resilient location to these investment attributes. National and International firms have not only benefitted from the strength of technology and innovation talent in the region, but they have tapped into a wealth of other skills available to deliver in a broad range of areas including risk management, regulation and compliance, cyber security and legal services."
