Economy Minister discusses air connectivity with Secretary of State

Economy Minister Diane Dodds has today met Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Brandon Lewis and Chief Executive of Belfast City Airport Brian Ambrose.
The Minister said:
"Today I had a useful meeting with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and the Chief Executive of George Best Belfast City Airport on issues relating to air connectivity.
"I impressed upon the Secretary of State the importance of NI’s air connectivity with GB both during the pandemic and beyond as we build the economic recovery.
"My officials continue to work with the Department for Transport and their counterparts in the Departments of Finance and Infrastructure to ensure NI’s air connectivity is maintained."
