This report will form a key evidence base informing policy going forward to achieve the Ministerial goals of increased productivity, good jobs, regional balance and decarbonisation.

Changing policy priorities in Northern Ireland suggests the value of reviewing the adequacy and fit-for-purpose of existing support measures and considering potential lessons from other countries.
