Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) non-domestic beneficiaries - limited companies and organisations

Date published: 16 March 2017

In line with the High Court judgement on 1 March 2017, the Department for the Economy has published a list of limited companies, limited liability partnerships and organisations that have received support payments under the non-domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme above a threshold of £5,000 for the cumulative total of payments received from the start of the scheme to 28 February 2017.

Note: After we published the list this afternoon a number of the beneficiaries contacted the Department to inform us that they should be treated as individuals and not companies.

The list was therefore temporarily removed and updated to correct these entries before being put back online.

A revised list and errata were published on 28 March.

Another list of the individuals who are in receipt of payments of £5000 or more under the non-domestic scheme will be published in the next few weeks. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, the Department is writing to all those individuals inviting them to inform us of any reason why their information should not be published.

The Department is considering updating these lists on a six monthly basis.
