The aim of this guidance is to help employment businesses, agencies, work-seekers and hirers to understand the legislation that governs the conduct of the recruitment industry in Northern Ireland, in particular the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (‘The Regulations’).
